We are the members of that exclusive group, Trumansburg Central School's class of 1956. We first came to know each other as children in the mid 40s as the world recovered from the great depression and World War II. Through the accident of birth date and geography we grew up together and became a special family of choice. We played and learned and fought and loved together. Then we went our various ways to pursue careers and raise our own families, fortified with all that we had learned from each other.
